FAQ
1. What is the purpose of the USB extension cable?
We strongly recommend using a USB extension cable between your USB port and the dongle to reduce electromagnetic interference that may come from USB 3.0 ports, ensuring more stable communication.
2. Does the Z-Wave 800 Dongle Plus support firmware flashing?
It only supports flashing firmware provided by SONOFF.
3. Can I run two Z-Wave dongles on Home Assistant at the same time?
