3. Shipping Rates

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we email you the tracking number and carrier link.

6. Address Requirements

Physical Addresses Only: We cannot deliver to PO Boxes, APO/FPO, or P.O. Box–style military addresses.

To avoid delays or loss, please provide a valid street address. If you provide a PO Boxes or APO/FPO military address, the shipment of your item will be delayed or your package might be lost.

7. Customs, Taxes & Import Fees

Import taxes, VAT, and duties vary by country and are the customer's responsibility

SONOFF cannot estimate these charges—please consult your local customs office for details.

8. Inspection Upon Receipt

Understandard courier practice, inspect your package before signing.

Refuse delivery if the package appears damaged. Once accepted, SONOFF is not liable for in-transit damage.

9. Special Notice for Brazil

In accordance with Brazilian postal service regulations, starting from August 2018, all international parcels to Brazil incur a mandatory BRL 15 postal dispatch fee by Correios.

Buyers have 30 days to pay; failure to do so returns goods to the original shipping location at the buyer's expense.

Pursuant to Section 20-001, the buyer has the right to be informed of such postal delivery charges and the consequences of refusing to pay such charges before arranging shipment. Otherwise, all losses will be borne by the addresser.
