1. The Zigbee signal is unstable and the device frequently goes offline?
If your device often goes offline, it could be due to the long distance between the device and the gateway (we recommend no more than 50 meters through walls), or obstacles/interference blocking the signal. Try adjusting the placement of your device and gateway, or use additional Zigbee router devices to strengthen your Zigbee network coverage.
2. Missing features after pairing with the eWeLink app?
Please ensure both your Zigbee gateway and the eWeLink app are updated to the latest version. If the device was added using an outdated gateway firmware, remove the device, update the Zigbee gateway, and then re-add the device.
3. Device not working properly in low-temperature environments?
In environments approaching extremely low temperatures (e.g., -20℃ / -4℉), the device may encounter:
① Greater deviation in temperature readings (up to ±0.7℃ / ±1.3℉)
② Significant battery capacity drop
③ Ghosting on the screen during refresh
These effects will improve as the ambient temperature rises. However, please note that due to battery characteristics, the battery capacity may not fully recover.

Sehr geehrtes Support-Team,
ich betreibe mehrere präzise SHT3X-Temperatursensoren (ESP8266-basiert), die bei identischer Platzierung praktisch identische Werte liefern.
Der SNZB-02WD mit SHT4 weicht jedoch konstant von den anderen Messungen ab.
Zusätzlich sendet der Sensor standardmäßig nur alle 60 Minuten Daten. Zwar konnte ich das Intervall über Zigbee2MQTT verkürzen, dennoch erscheint die Werkseinstellung ungewöhnlich hoch.
Bitte prüfen Sie, ob die Abweichung an einer werkseitigen Kalibrierung, Firmware-Einstellung oder am Zigbee-Reporting liegt.
Constantly disconnecting and needs to be reset to connect back to the WiFi. Temperature is within 1 degree of other temperature sensors.
Accurate readings. Nice display. Connected to Home Assistant via my SLZB-06Mg24 within seconds. The magnetic back is an awesome feature, or hang it via the lanyard. It will also stand on its own on a flat surface. Reasonably priced. I'll be picking up a few more.
Looks nice, rather good display and font size for reading the values from some distance. Simple integration with Home Assistant via Zigbee2MQTT.
