Mid-Autumn Festival & China National Day Holiday Notice

As the Mid-Autumn Festival and China  National Day holidays approach, SONOFF will observe holidays from September 25 to September 27 and October 1 to October 7, 2026.

During these periods, responses to inquiries and order processing may be delayed. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding and patience.

Shipping during the Mid-Autumn Festival (September 25–27) will proceed as usual.

Shipping Arrangements During the China National Day Holiday:

• EU: Orders will be shipped as usual throughout the holiday periods.
• US & UK: Orders will be shipped as usual throughout the holiday periods.
• Other Regions: Standard shipping will be suspended from October 1 to October 3. From October 4 to October 7, orders with standard shipping will be processed and shipped as usual by our on-duty team. Due to the DHL Express holiday schedule, orders selecting expedited Shipping will not be shipped from October 1 to October 7. Express shipping services will resume on October 8, 2026.

You are welcome to place orders on our website at any time during the holidays. Orders will be processed and shipped according to the arrangements above.
