When the device is offline, energy data will continue to be stored locally. Once the device comes back online, the local data will be re-synchronized and displayed. Note, If the device is completely powered off, data cannot be stored.

Yes. The device features bi-directional metering, and you can set the device's power generation as a negative value in the app.
