1. Will energy data still be recorded when the device is offline?
In eWeLink, when the device is offline, energy data will continue to be stored locally. Once the device comes back online, the local data will be re-synchronized and displayed.
In a LAN-only environment, the device's local web interface and Home Assistant (via MQTT integration) still synchronize data in real time.
Note: If the device is completely powered off, data cannot be stored.
2. Can this device monitor the power level of balcony solar panels?
Yes. The device features bi-directional metering, and you can set the device's power generation as a negative value in the app.
3. Does MINI-1GP Require a Neutral Wire?
Yes, the MINI-1GP does require a neutral wire for installation.
