1. Shipping Methods
- Standard Shipping: Registered Airmail / Special Line (economy, trackable)
- Expedited Shipping: DHL
- Local Warehouses：For European Union, UK and US regions

3. Shipping Rates
- Calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and chosen method.
- To preview rates, add items to your cart, enter your country, region, and postal code, then view available options.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, we email you the tracking number and carrier link.
Visit our Order Tracking page and enter your tracking or order number for real-time updates.
6. Address Requirements
Physical Addresses Only: We cannot deliver to PO Boxes, APO/FPO, or P.O. Box–style military addresses.
To avoid delays or loss, please provide a valid street address.
7. Customs, Taxes & Import Fees
Import taxes, VAT, and duties vary by country and are the customer's responsibility.
SONOFF cannot estimate these charges—please consult your local customs office for details.
8. Inspection Upon Receipt
Inspect your package before signing. Refuse delivery if the package appears damaged. Once accepted, SONOFF is not liable for in-transit damage.
9. Special Notice for Brazil
Starting from August 2018, all international parcels to Brazil incur a mandatory BRL 15 postal dispatch fee by Correios.
Buyers have 30 days to pay; failure to do so returns goods to the original shipping location at the buyer's expense.
