Shipping Info for Europe

Thank you for shopping at Sonoff.tech. Below is our shipping policy for customers located in the European Union and United Kingdom.

We typically process and dispatch orders within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Please note that we do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays. Delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, customs delays, or local strikes.

Please ensure all shipping details are accurate when placing your order. If you need to modify your address, contact us immediately before the order is dispatched. Once shipped, we’ll assist where possible, but we are not responsible for delays, damage, or lost packages caused by incorrect addresses or courier errors.

EU orders are shipped by DHL from our local warehouse in Germany. 
UK orders are shipped by Royal Mail from our local warehouse in the United Kingdom.
This allows us to provide faster delivery and avoid import duties for local customers.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses in the UK or EU.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your address and order weight. To preview, add items to your cart and enter your shipping details.

For European Union orders, the estimated delivery time is 3 to 6 business days. Free shipping is available for orders over €35.00 for Germany, and €85.00 for other EU regions.

For United Kingdom orders, the estimated delivery time is 2 to 4 business days. Free shipping is available for orders over £35.00.

Please note that these time frames are estimates. Delivery may vary depending on logistics conditions in your area.
